rSTAR Technologies has an immediate opening for an Azure Chatbot Developer role with customer service Chatbot and Conversational Services; the resource should have.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to understand user needs and design chatbots that meet those needs.
- Developing chatbots using programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, and integrating them with platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Cognitive Services.
- Incorporating natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) techniques to improve bot performance.
- Deploying chatbots on cloud platforms such as Azure and configuring deployment channels for user consumption (web, teams, email, text, etc.).
- Integrate chatbots with diverse data sources and external APIs, ensuring seamless access to information and task automation.
- Harness Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB to create, deploy, and scale chatbot applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving bugs as well as continuously improving chatbots based on user feedback.
- Understanding of GPT models.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technology and incorporating this knowledge into the development process.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate chatbot functionality and ensure alignment with user requirements.
- Establish monitoring and analytics mechanisms using Azure Monitor and other tools to track chatbot performance and user interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chatbot development, specifically utilizing Azure Bot Service and Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with NLP and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are advantageous.
