rSTAR is seeking an experienced, energetic Product Marketing Manager that is looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced growing team.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy: Define and iterate on the positioning, messaging and pricing of our products. As well as establish the target market segment, industry and the marketing strategy to reach out and acquire new customers
Go-to-Market: Devise a go-to-market strategy and execute this to perception alongside your cross-functional peers in Marketing, Content and Product Management to successfully drive a given product launch into General Availability with the maximum possible impact. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus
Product Innovation: Be on top of the voice of the customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole
Sales enablement: Enable sales and business teams with lead generation, industry fitments as well as through sales kits and various collaterals such as testimonials, case-studies to better the conversion funnel
Intelligence: Deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences through competitive and market intelligence
Thorough knowledge of emerging technologies across digital space and passion to keep up with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of remarketing & analytics tools to re-engage with users using platforms like Twilio, HubSpot etc.
Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics to improve campaign effectiveness- including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, retargeting and new channels to maximize full-funnel performance
Measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessing goals (ROI and KPIs).
What Skills You Bring
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing/ enterprise marketing/ product management or similar roles
You have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are curious about metrics, execution processes, macro trends
You are ambitious and have a natural focus and bias towards outcomes
