Job Description:

rSTAR is seeking an experienced, energetic Salesforce Partner Manager that is looking to join a dynamic, fast- paced growing team. This role is critical to rSTAR, as our Salesforce Partner Manager will help strengthen relationships with Salesforce and our most important clients, accelerating growth for rSTAR. We are looking for a self-driven individual with excellent skills at building long-term relationships, organizational management and strategic thinking. With a client-first mindset you will help grow rSTAR’s professional services business.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the executive rSTAR point of contact for Salesforce
  • Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce’s business strategy and build growth initiatives that allows
  • rSTAR to build mindshare with salesforce and their clients
  • Working with the team to identify leading edge accelerators to maintain competitive advantage
  • Cultivate Salesforce relationships to help grow rSTAR’s revenue within Salesforce account base
  • Lead and support all stages of the partner sales lifecycle to drive and close opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership, sales and marketing teams to drive joint Salesforce campaigns and helpidentify new sales qualified leads (SQL) for the pipeline
  • Nurture new client relationships and grow interest in rSTAR’s unique capabilities, solutions and offerings
  • Influence client and Salesforce perceptions to build confidence and preference for rSTAR to position usfor success in strategic deals
  • Build rSTAR’s presence in SFDC strategic accounts
  • Build trust and loyalty to help rSTAR develop a long-term partnership with Salesforce
  • Review customer satisfaction and help optimize, if necessary
  • Partner with marketing to build messaging and drive campaigns to differentiate rSTAR from competitors
  • Manage and support Salesforce specific campaigns and prospecting initiatives to help position rSTAR forsuccess in key deals
  • Create awareness of our Salesforce offerings and thought leadership to drive new pipeline
  • Manage your opportunities, pipeline activity and account activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce’s core cloud offerings
 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful performance selling and delivering IT services solutions
  • A consistent record of quota attainment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels
  • Enthusiasm, passion for partner sales and can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
