Position Description

rSTAR has an immediate opening for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead role; the resource should have

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot implementation experience
  • Must have done at least 3 successful implementations for the end customers
  • Must have worked to enable customer with Salesforce right from beginning in quick time
  • Excellent customer handling with marvelous polite yet assertive communication skill
  • Experience as SPOC for requirement gathering and should be able to articulate well with team and customer
  • Must have played implementation architect role for over 3 years
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs
  • Experience in customizing Sales cloud, Service cloud and Pardot application based on customer requirement
  • Working experience on Salesforce Jump start program will be added advantage
  • Experience of developing of custom app and getting them listed to app exchange is nice to have
  • Candidate with relevant certification will be preferred.
  • Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform
  • Understanding about integration APIs is added advantage
  • Experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
  • Lead design and development of Salesforce custom solutions comprising of work in Visual Force, APIs, Lightning, and data migration.
  • Collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts, to translate business and integration requirement into configurable component designs and solutions
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills (Especially on the phone and emails)
  • Capable of proposing both Technical and Solution Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in building applications on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Require experience from at least 3 Salesforce project/program implementations.

Skills Required
  • Prospect and cultivate relationships to help grow rSTAR’s Utilities & Manufacturing practice in the Enterprise space
  • Lead and support all stages of the sales lifecycle to drive and close opportunities
  • Inspire existing and new clients to keep rSTAR front-of-mind and sow the seeds for new opportunities within target accounts
  • Work closely with leadership, sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and help identify new sales qualified leads (SQL) to build new new pipeline
  • Nurture existing and new client relationships and grow interest in rSTAR’s unique capabilities, solutions and Utilities offerings
  • Influence client perceptions to build confidence and preference for rSTAR to position us for success in strategic deals
  • Build client trust and loyalty to help rSTAR develop long term strategic partnerships
  • Build messaging and drive campaigns to differentiate rSTAR from competitors, helping expand the number and strength of our client relationships, educate clients as to the full breadth of rSTAR’s capabilities and create a preference for rSTAR at key clients.
  • Develop agenda and materials for meetings with client account leads
  • Manage and support account-specific campaigns and prospecting initiatives to help position rSTAR for success in key deals or create awareness of our offerings and thought leadership among our priority accounts to drive new pipeline. Channels may include direct mail, events, social media, email, web and joint partnering sales and marketing efforts with technology product companies.
